As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist at our Sea Air Towers
Equipment Supply Company, you will play a vital role in supporting the
administrative operations and maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders,
and customer information. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and
commitment to efficiency will contribute to the smooth operation of our business
and the satisfaction of our clients in the oil and gas industry.
Responsibilities
Input and maintain accurate records of inventory items, including product
descriptions, quantities, and locations within the warehouse or storage facilities.
Update customer information, shipping addresses, and contact details as needed,
ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer records.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding
to emails, and handling inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal
stakeholders.
Provide assistance and support to customers regarding product inquiries, order
status, and shipping information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Note. You must be base in united State or Canada before you can be consider for
